Plenty of 2019 Odyssey Accommodation Available

Submitted by Greg G on Mon, 20/05/2019 - 12:41pm

Greetings:2019 Odysseans:
There was a misunderstanding with the Mansfield Holiday Park, with a member being told there were no spare cabins for the Odyssey weekend - 18 to 20 October 2019.  I have spoken to the Park management - they are unsure how this happened, but they confirm there are plenty of available cabins for the weekend.  In any event, the earlier you book, the sooner you know you have the accommodation you need!!  So, get out those diaries, confirm you are attending and book your accommodation at the Mansfield Holiday Park - 03 5775 1383!
Cheers

Camaraderie and Happenstance in Western Australia

As we were in town during our trip, I made contact and we called in and met with a group of Fremantle Branch members during their Saturday morning get together by the port.  We were made very welcome and enjoyed a chat in sunny conditions overlooking the busy port.  smileycool

Good news, members!!

In order to give you a better option for booking your place at the 2019 Mansfield Oddyssey, we will try to bring registration forms and information handouts to upcoming rides!  Anyone attending this Sunday's Lilydale to Mansfield Ride can collect forms and info handouts before the ride.  See Greg G for the handouts!!

Ardeer to Gisborne

Submitted by rogerfoot1 on Tue, 07/05/2019 - 7:37am

A select group of 7 rusted on regulars was joined by new member Claude Olave on his first outing with the group for an autumn ride which proved surprisingly chilly. Steve Bailes offered to take the rear and other riders included Andrew Kennedy (still awaiting the final component to mount his heated grips), Colin Voss, Geoff, Carlo and Vince Green. We headed out the Western Highway then turned at Leakes Rd to take the back way to Bacchus Marsh through Exford and Parwan.
