Comments

1.  It really is time to get your registration for the Odyssey in.  It is only 4 weeks away now enlightenedsurprise

2.  I have two quite different requests

  • One male member is hoping to get a bunk or bed with someone who has perhaps already booked a cabin.  If you are interested I can put you in touch with each other
  • Another male member is booking a tent site on his own.  If anyone else interested in sharing that site (you can easily fit two tents on one site) thus halving your site costs if going alone.  Again - I can liaise etc.. enlightened

Other matters

  • If you can't make the full odyssey you can still think about the dinner and entertainment on Saturday night - contact me enlightened
  • If you can't stay for Saturday night, you might want to contact Nagambie Lakes to see if you can join others on a cruise to two local wineries
  • Ahh... Just come along and do the bits you can.  It is less than two hours north of Melbourne and at a great location
  • If you really can't make it but have Friday free come out for a nice ride from Lilydale on Friday

I hope to get a welcome information page out to registrants soon

In Brief:

I will be doing a ride up from Lilydale on the Friday and after checking a number of options I intend to stop at Broadford for morning tea and a rest break

There is a BYO everything BBQ on Friday evening on site - Come and join the camaraderie

I was not able to organise the boat - winery tour as I had implied but there are ample opportunities for you to do do your own thing on Saturday

The Victoria Breakfast Club will be meeting in town at 0930 on Saturday

I will be leading a ride from outside the gate at 11.00 am on Saturday  and plan on a lunch break at Yarck

June and Gary will be entertaining us on Saturday night

Enjoy laugh
