Put this date in your diary.   It is later than normal due to the early running of the Ulysses Club National Rally in Mornington in February

Please note the venue for the AGM is the same as 2017 - not 2018

Also please note that daylight saving ends Sunday morning!

“Craft Room” at Mount Waverley Community Centre, 47 Miller Crescent, Mount Waverley, Melway 70 E1, 10 am for a 10.45 am start.

Nominations for committee are to be with the Secretary no later than 8 March  2019.  Please note that all nominees, proposers and seconders must be financial members of the Club.

One of the executive committee members is stepping downUPDATED 4 February 2019

Both the current editor of our newsletter ‘Spare Tyre and our Ride Coordinator would be happy for assistance or for someone to take on either of these roles, so if this is your forte, please let Bill or a committee member know.
Members can nominate for any position on the committee and we really would like to see at least two additional new members on the committee to keep the branch healthy

Nomination Form is attached.
The committee normally meets 6 times per year at a venue convenient to the majority.
Don't sit back - if you think you can be of value to your fellow members - speak to a committee member and get involved enlightened

Nominations have now closed.

  • Come along and meet and support your new committee members.
  • Find out all about new Odyssey arrangements (back to Mansfield)
  • Please contact a committee member if you can assist with simple catering cool as your branch charges no fees and keeping things simple and supportive really enables that camaraderie.

Well the election won't be bitter or take long.winkcool
JT is bringing a pullover which maybe spoken for indecision
I may be bringing some hi vis wet weather gear which has been donated.  Perhaps another donation to UCARF if it suits anyone.
Anyone else have gear they may wish to donate / swap?  Why not bring it along     enlightened

Having helped "truss" Roger Foot in his ailing Rukka's in pelting rain (there's only so much even duct tape can fix - and then when you need to go.....), I may know someone who needs new wet weather gear........  Roger Someone?  I've forgotten his name.....
