The Registration Form for the annual Melbourne Branch Odyssey to be held from 18 - 20 October 2013 is attached.

The venue at Nagambie Lakes Leisure Park is beautifully located between the Lake and the river.

Nearby attractions include a variety of wineries, museums and merchants plus a good variety of roads for weekend rides.

This, the 15th Melbourne Branch Odyssey is in the 30th year of the Ulysses Club

Accommodation available includes a variety of cabins which sleep from 2 to 8 people, a 12 person bunkhouse with 2 rooms of 6 bunks each plus powered large campsites on which it would be feasible to set up several tents to enhance camaraderie.

Registration fee of $50 per person includes badge (for first 100) and Saturday night dinner with entertainment, which will be held on site.   UPDATE 21 May 2013.   The entertainer will be Dennis Tucker who many of you may remember from previous events at Mansfield.

We will also have casual BYO BBQ on the Friday night, organised rides on the Saturday and try and screen the Moto GP on the Sunday afternoon.

I have received an email from Annette Deegan of Whittlesea Branch as she and her husband Stretch are hoping to share a double cabin at Nagambie over the Odyssey weekend.   She can be contacted via email  if you are looking to reduce accommodation costs.

I was looking at the rally in Nagambie and wondering if anyone is looking to share a cabin.

My husband is Steve (Stretch) with the prosthetic right leg from the Whittlesea branch, if that helps.

I happy for you to pass along my email address.

I was thinking of taking the Friday as annual leave, and perhaps even the Monday.

Just looking at a way to have fun but keep the budget in check.  Perhaps If there is another couple who have already booked a 2 bedroom cabin and would like to share the cost."

What Annette is suggesting is a great way to minimise costs and enhance camaraderie.

Please remember the registration should be sent to me and the accommodation should be booked direct  with the venue.
