Lilydale to Lancefield Ride, 29/07/2023.

       Another sunny morning greeted us at Lilydale. Considering it is mid Winter we are doing well. If my memory serves me, Mike, Triumph, kindly doing the rear rider position, Jeff, BMW, Ian, BMW, John, Triumph, Vinnie, BMW, Jack,BMW, Colin, BMW, Paul, Kawasaki and myself, Yamaha. 
     We went out through Yarra Glen, along Butterman's Track, Hurstbridge and to Whittlesea for Morning Tea meeting up with Anthony and members from Whittlesea Ulysses. Vince Green also joined us there. Two of the Whittlesea guys were riding Honda VTR1000 bikes. These are fun, booming bikes that ride well and are amazing cheap to purchase and some qualify for Club Permit.
      M/Tea over it was out through Wandong, a right turn to Broadford, straight through to Pyalong and on to Lancefield for lunch, all trouble free. 12.30pm was our arrival time, and intended so, it being mid Winter and considering possible weather changes. This proved wise as showers were forecast later in the day and did happen. I'm sure we were all home by then.
