The Branch AGM will be held on 4th March 2023 with details of venue etc shown on the calendar.
A Nomination Form for Committee is now attached to the calendar entry and to this blog. To nominate you must be a financial member of Ulysses Club Inc., be nominated by another financial member, and be seconded by another financial member.
Nominations close on 4th February 2023 and must be lodged with me, as Secretary, by 4th February 2023 either personally or by mail or email to the addresses shown on the form.
The current Committee has been in place for a couple of years now and has done an excellent job and existing Committee members are encouraged to nominate again. Other members are encouraged to nominate and participate in the running of your Branch. It is not an onerous task but you will need to be in attendance at six meetings a year for a couple of hours. You will also be expected to assist in planning of events and consideration of ideas to make the Branch an even more enjoyable group to ride and socialise with.

NB 4 February is closing date for branch committee nominations
Rules dictate that the closing date for branch committee nominations need to be in well in advance, so if you're interested please submit a nomination form in time.
