Melbourne Ironman Triathlon - 12th November 2023
Ulysses Club Melbourne Branch is working with the Black Dog Ride organisation coordinating the provision of volunteer motorcyclists to support the Ironman 70.3 Triathlon which will be held in the Melbourne bayside suburbs on the 12th of November 2023
Since our last triathlon (November '22), the Black Dog Ride organisation have formed a national relationship with the Ironman organisers and are taking the lead role in providing moto-marshals at all Ironman events. In Melbourne, Ulysses Club Melbourne Branch are assisting Black Dog and intending to retain as many as possible of the previous volunteers and to attract any new volunteers if possible.
In recognition of our effortsand contribution, Black Dog have agreed to make a per-rider donation to our UCARF charity.
So we are again calling for volunteers for the morning of Sunday 12th November and an hour on Saturday 11th if at all possible.

Ironman Volunteering Reminder
It just struck me that this is only a few days away and the briefing etc is on Saturday morning.
