Circumstances and life have me a day late posting any pics or comments from yesterday’s ride on social media.  Normally I’d see that as a very good thing – being too busy to bother with social media, but yesterday was a mix of dealing with some sad news and then happily a family related evening.
Now to this week’s second “Melbourne Branch weekday ride”. 

Ian and I did a bit over 70 km this morning riding from Montrose to Kalkallo just to join the ride.

Despite cold miserable weather and drizzle at home, I had no choice as I was the nominated ride leader.

Over a dozen of us, including three newer riders (Vinnie, Peter and Mike – apologies if I have the last one wrong – please let me know.  They were on two BMWs and a Triumph) made our way to Lilydale to join Andrew's ride today.
