This matter was apparently discussed at some length at the recent extended Nat Com Meeting in Orange
The usual arrangement of receiving the Riding On Magazine will end when you receive the June edition shortly and after that you will need to subscribe to receive a hard copy.
The Magazine will remain available on line and as a pdf document
I will quote information I received from John Osborne - the National Treasurer recently.
“The upcoming Winter edition of Riding On (#151) will be the last one which will be distributed to all members as a print copy. After July 2021 if you want to receive a printed copy of Riding On you will need to order (and pay $20) subscription for a batch of 4 magazines from the Gear Shop (on-line).
So the first subscription group will start with the Spring 2021 copy of the magazine and extend through to the Winter 2022 edition. As each edition of the magazine is published the subscription offer will be for the next four (4) editions to be published.”
So, if you want a hard copy of the Spring edition and onwards you will need to get to the "Gear Shop" and order it. $20 per annum for 4 magazines.
I believe that it is a reflection of falling advertising revenue and membership and our National Committee has an obligation to keep the club financially viable and whilst I don't love it, I do love the Club and I intend to subscribe.
